I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Rustic Charm Interiors.  I recently purchased 6 Becall Dining Chairs and as I live in NSW, I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing these chairs without actually seeing them and also having them shipped all the way from Perth and arriving in one piece. Crystal went above and beyond and her knowledge/guidance was wonderful.  Not only did Crystal answer all my questions over the phone, she emailed me lots of pictures and styles.  If you are considering purchasing on-line and have reservations as I did, I can honestly say that I recommend you do it!  The service I received from Rustic Charm Interiors was nothing short of amazing.  Thank you Crystal and a big thank you to the team you use to ship all your beautiful pieces interstate, they were very professional.
